Warwick is seeking a part-time Centre Manager for the Blythe Valley Innovation Centre, Solihull. The role involves marketing and day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring tenants are integrated into the University and business support networks of the Science Park.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in communications, business development in property management or innovation environments, and strong budgeting/future planning skills. A flexible,

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
• Business development in property management or innovation support environments.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with H&S procedures and risk assessments.
• Managing a small team covering Reception, Administration and BVIC activities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.
• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.
• Basic knowledge of managing telephone systems and structured cabling.
• Flexible to cover holidays, emergencies across all centres.
• Can-do attitude and ability to resolve day-to-day issues in running a busy centre.

Responsabilidades

• Market and manage the Blythe Valley Innovation Centre on a day-to-day basis.
• Integrate tenant businesses into University and Science Park support infrastructure.
• Liaise with the BVIC management team and Board of The University of Warwick Science Park Ltd.
