Job summary

Nationwide's Leeds branch is seeking a Customer Consultant to support customers in person and over the phone, guiding them to banking services and digital tools. You’ll be part of a busy team delivering friendly, accurate service.

This permanent, full-time role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with training designed to set you up for success. Start date confirmed after an offer is made.

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers.
