Qualifications

• Experience in housing-related or support services role preferred.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Ability to engage with vulnerable residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Show potential residents around the Village and apartments.
• Assist residents in settling into their new home.
• Respond to tenancy or lease issues as they arise.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing daily and support thriving in retirement setting.
• Participate in resident visits and community meetings.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet resident needs.
