ExtraCare Charitable Trust's Longbridge Retirement Village is recruiting a Care Assistant to deliver high-quality domiciliary care to residents in a supportive village setting. The role involves working a 24-hour contract with a flexible 7-day rota including weekends.

We offer a Golden Hello of £500, 33 Days Annual Leave pro rata, life insurance, pension contributions up to 9%, cycle-to-work, and ongoing training. A care certificate or willingness to undertake a qualification is required.

Hours: 24hours permanent contract (multiple positions available due to business growth)

Shifts

All Care Assistants will need to be fully flexible across a 7-day rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work weekends as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service.
