ExtraCare Charitable Trust is recruiting an experienced Activities Coordinator on a part-time permanent contract based at Solihull Retirement Village in Shirley, Birmingham. The role covers 20 hours per week with some evenings and weekend events to deliver varied resident activities and programmes.

The successful candidate will plan, coordinate and review activity programmes, encourage resident-led sessions, and support the Lifestyle Manager with events.

Responsabilidades

• Plan varied, exciting activity programmes for residents.
• Produce and distribute activity timetables.
• Encourage residents to lead their own interest groups and sessions.
• Assist the Lifestyle Manager with event planning and preparation.
• Coordinate escorts with the Head of Care when needed.
