The ExtraCare Charitable Trust is hiring a Housing Support Assistant (Part Time) at Hagley Road Retirement Village in Birmingham. The role offers 12 hours per week, a four-day pattern with a rolling 3-week rota, and occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Show potential residents around the Village and apartments.
• Help residents settle into their new home.
• Respond to tenancy or lease issues as they arise.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing daily.
• Support residents in a retirement setting to thrive.
• Attend resident visits and community meetings.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet resident needs.
