• Handle anti-social behaviour reports; liaise with customers and agencies for safeguarding and referrals.
• Assist end-of-tenancy processes; coordinate with departments to re-let properties quickly.
• Carry out new tenant home visits.
• Process transfers, mutual exchanges, successions and assignments.
• Inspect neighbourhoods regularly to maintain safe, clean environments for tenants.
• Coordinate accessibility aids and adaptations with the responsive repairs team.
