Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Part-Time German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor for an NN5, Northampton location with the option to work from home after training. The role requires fluency in German and a focus on delivering excellent customer service across calls and written channels.

Shifts are rota-based, 24 hours per week, including 1 in 2 Saturdays, with training provided. Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not essential if German language skills are strong.

Part-Time German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

NN5, Northampton

£14.40 per hour

24 hours per week - 3 days per week working 1 in 2 Saturdays

Shifts on a rota'd basis: 6am-2pm/ 7am-4pm/ 8am-5pm/10am-7pm

Work from home available following training

Temporary ongoing with potential to be made Permanent after a minimum of 12 successful weeks

We are currently recruiting for a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team based in NN5, Northampton, with the opportunity to work from home once fully trained.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and customer-focused individual who is fluent in German, both spoken and written, and enjoys helping customers and providing an excellent level of service. Previous customer service or call centre experience would be advantageous, but excellent German language skills and the right attitude are essential.

The Role

• Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries.
• Communicating with customers in German via telephone, email and written correspondence.
• Providing accurate and professional information to customers.
• Resolving customer queries and dealing with any issues or complaints.
• Processing customer requests and updating internal systems.
• Building positive relationships with customers.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
