Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a German - Customer Service Advisor for a 3–6 month contract located in Northwich. You will be the first point of contact across channels including live chat, phone, email and social media, resolving enquiries and orders while upholding exceptional service standards.

You will communicate in English and German, learn product details quickly, and collaborate with team members to meet departmental targets. The role starts 26th October.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-channel inquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media
• Aim to meet department targets while maintaining high quality

• Utilise training to deepen product knowledge and deliver top-notch service
