Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arrange family visits, answer questions.
• Ensure the funeral home is clean, safe, and welcoming, report maintenance issues.
• Use digital systems to manage client documentation, funeral arrangements, invoicing.
• Refer regulated work like funeral plans to Funeral Plan Arrangers.
• Assist in the care and preparation of the deceased and manual handling tasks.
• Update client management applications with accurate records.
