Funeral Partners Ltd (James Brown & Sons Funeral Directors - Belfast) is seeking a Mobile Funeral Arranger on a part-time basis (32 hours per week). Based in Belfast, you will support families through the funeral process, handle paperwork, and coordinate with the Funeral Director to ensure a smooth day-of experience.

The role emphasizes empathy, organised administration, and a hands-on approach at our local branch, with a pattern of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the funeral industry is valued.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide families through the funeral arrangement process.
• Manage and complete relevant documentation accurately and on time.
• Provide a smooth handover to the Funeral Director to ensure day-of plans run smoothly.
