Job summary

Glasgow Marriott Hotel is seeking an Executive Lounge Host for a part-time role (20 hours across 4 days). You will greet guests, deliver attentive food and beverage service, and ensure a welcoming lounge atmosphere in the evenings (4:30pm–10:00pm).

Ideal candidates are personable with excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset. Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, with flexibility to support other F&B areas as needed.

• Strong communication and listening skills to understand guest needs.
• Professional, reliable approach with attention to presentation and service.

Responsibilities

• Greet Executive Lounge guests and welcome them on arrival.
• Provide high-standard food and beverage service and keep lounge presentable.
• Communicate dietary requirements and guest preferences to the kitchen.
• Process payments using MICROS or similar POS when required and assist with stock and end-of-shift duties.
