Join the Glasgow Marriott Hotel as an Executive Lounge Host to welcome Executive guests and Elite Marriott Bonvoy members, delivering warm, personalised hospitality in our Executive Lounge.

You’ll connect with guests naturally and help them feel valued.

This part-time role is 20 hours across four days with evening shifts from 4:30pm to 10:00pm. You’ll provide food and beverage service to a high standard, handle payments, and support other F&B areas when required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Natural ability to engage guests and create connections.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Executive guests and settle them in.
• Provide food and beverage service to a high standard.
• Maintain lounge presentation and replenish refreshments.
• Handle payments using MICROS or similar POS.
• Support stock replenishment and end-of-shift duties.
