Job summary

The Glasgow Marriott Hotel is seeking a part-time F&B Associate to join our friendly Food & Beverage team. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals and drinks with warmth and energy, ensuring every interaction feels memorable.

From handling POS payments on MICROS to communicating dietary needs with the kitchen, you’ll help create seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident handling payments and using POS systems.
• Positive, professional, and reliable attitude.
• Able to multitask and adapt quickly to guest needs.

Responsibilities
