Glasgow Marriott Hotel is seeking a friendly and proactive Concierge & Guest Experience Host to welcome guests and create memorable stays in the heart of Glasgow. You will guide guests with local knowledge, make recommendations, and handle requests with enthusiasm, ensuring every moment feels personal and effortless.

As the first and last point of contact, you’ll build connections, maintain a polished lobby area and work closely with Front Office to deliver seamless service across shifts,

Qualifications

Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, Front Office or Reception.
Strong knowledge of Glasgow and local area or willingness to become a local expert.
Warm, confident communication style and ability to connect with a wide range of guests.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, confident arrival experience for every guest.
Provide personalised recommendations for restaurants, attractions and local experiences.
Handle guest requests with energy and initiative, including transport, reservations and celebrations.
Ensure interactions are personal, professional and effortless throughout the guest journey.
Collaborate with Front Office and hotel teams to ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
