Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Chartwells catering and service operations on a part-time basis at 25 hours per week, across 43.8 weeks per year. You will supervise kitchens and counters, ensure excellent food and service, and drive KPIs while representing the Compass brand.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of catering experience.
Experience managing teams in a catering environment.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of Health & Safety standards in catering.
Customer-focused with a passion for great food.

Responsibilities

Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
Training and supporting teams to excel in their roles.
Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
