Job summary

Chartwells is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Compass Group UK&I catering operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week and 43.8 weeks per year. You will lead kitchen and service teams, maintaining high standards of food and service while safeguarding brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards and ensure quality and consistency.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and targets; report to line manager.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I with a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams; lead from the front to foster excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across catering and service teams.
