Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Chartwells catering and service operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

You will supervise our culinary and catering teams, ensuring exceptional food and customer service while monitoring KPIs and health & safety standards across sites. The role supports a 43.8-week year and offers opportunities for career progression within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and service.
• Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
