Priory Chelmsford is seeking a Clinical Psychologist (Eating Disorders) to join the Eating Disorder Ward. You will support assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans to aid patient recovery, ensuring dignity and high standards of care at Priory Hospital Chelmsford.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians and therapists, delivering CBT and other therapeutic approaches while monitoring progress and contributing to reviews and care planning.

Qualifications

• Registered Practitioner Psychologist with HCPC registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
• Experience assessing and treating eating disorders.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for eating disorders.
• Develop and deliver individualised treatment plans for recovery.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to plan care.
• Support patients with complex mental health needs and co-morbidities.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions (CBT and other models).
• Monitor progress, contribute to risk assessments and care planning.
• Provide psychological guidance to families and carers when appropriate.
• Contribute to governance, service development and high standards of care.
