Priory Hospital Chelmsford in Essex is seeking a clinical psychologist (Eating Disorders) to join the Eating Disorder Ward on a part-time basis (30 hours/week). You will provide specialist psychological assessments, develop personalised treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team, supporting recovery and family involvement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with eating disorders and be able to complete specialist psychological assessments.
• Develop personalised treatment plans and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for eating disorders.
• Develop and deliver individualised treatment plans.
• Work with the MDT to coordinate care.
• Support patients with complex mental health needs and co-morbidities.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions (e.g. CBT).
• Monitor progress and contribute to reviews and risk assessments.
• Provide psychological guidance to families and carers.
• Contribute to governance and service development.
