Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Visiting Development Manager for Kendal development. This part-time role (15 hours per week) focuses on delivering exceptional resident service, welcoming environments and ensuring safety and upkeep of communal areas.

You will coordinate with residents, contractors and internal teams, manage admin, daily checks, and assist in events and welcomes for new residents, while attending monthly team meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming environment within the development.
• Ensure the building is well maintained and safe.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage daily checks.
• Assist in the sale and re-sale of property where appropriate.
• Travel to team/company meetings as required.
