Job summary

James-Hall- is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help run our store in Manchester. You will lead a team, deliver excellent customer service, and cover store management in their absence.

Responsibilities include maintaining health & safety, food hygiene, store standards, and updating audits and admin procedures. Applicants should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, customer-focused, and flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Lead by example to maintain store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene.
• Update and maintain store audits and administrative procedures.
