Coventry Building Society in Trowbridge is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our branch team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on delivering great service to customers, handling cash and processing data accurately, with a supportive, community-focused environment.

You’ll work 27.75 hours per week with a shift pattern including weekdays and some Saturday mornings, contributing to a welcoming experience and ensuring our policies and processes are followed and customers’

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles such as retail, hospitality or call centre.
• Ability to interact with diverse customers and provide excellent service.
• Strong attention to detail when handling customer data and cash transactions.
