Qualifications

• Current experience in a customer focused role (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre)
• Experience of interacting directly with customers and providing a great service on a daily basis
• Good attention to detail with experience of processing customer details or data accurately
• Desirable experience will include cash handling
• Desirable experience: following policies and processes
• Desirable experience: dealing with more challenging or sensitive customer situations

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of customers in branch and ensure a great service experience
• Take telephone calls for the Customer Service area
• Process cash transactions carefully and accurately
• Stay up to date with services, policies and procedures
• Complete administrative tasks as required
