A successful service company in Redditch is seeking a Part Time Customer Services Coordinator to join their team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with project managers to ensure timely services. We are looking for a confident, positive and pro-active Part Time Customer Services Coordinator to join the experienced and dedicated team. If you have customer service, coordination or account management experience, this is an exciting opportunity to be considered.
In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of £16,000 but after your probation there is a bonus based on how you look after your customers and the feedback that they give you. The hours of work are part time 9.30-2.30pm Monday to Friday and free parking.
