Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Carlisle Branch. The role is 21 hours per week, on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll be the friendly face and voice, helping with transactions, technology assistance, and safeguarding customers against fraud.

You’ll work in a multi-skilled, supportive team, handling diverse tasks and developing product knowledge to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
