Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Wellingborough and Kettering Twinned Branches. The role is 21 hours per week, on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm, across two sites. You will be the friendly face and voice helping customers with transactions, technology, and queries.

You'll be a listener and problem solver, delivering outstanding service while working with a close-knit team. Travel between sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or telephony background.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
