Santander in Falkirk is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Retail Banking team. The role involves handling customer transactions, assisting with queries, and promoting a high standard of service in-branch and over the phone.

Working 24.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule (Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm), you will be part of a close-knit team delivering a responsive and proactive service. This 12-month FTC offers development opportunities within a technology-driven bank culture.
