Job summary

Santander is recruiting a Customer Experience Advisor for the Telford branch. You’ll work 35 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, delivering friendly service, handling transactions, assisting customers with in-branch and telephony queries, and helping protect customers from fraud.

You’ll join a close-knit team in a busy branch, bring a customer-first attitude, build knowledge of our services, and look for ways to improve the customer experience while benefiting

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
