Audika Falkirk clinic is seeking a part-time Clinic Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service in our hearing centre, Monday to Wednesday, 9am–5pm. You will manage diaries, support clinics, and help maintain a welcoming environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage diaries and scheduling efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Diary management: schedule appointments and coordinate with colleagues.
• Support hearing care professionals to deliver excellent customer care in clinics and home visits.
• Administration: maintain customer records, adhere to GDPR, and manage reporting tasks.
• Promote Wellness program, accessories and care plans through customer engagement.
• Provide premium customer care and build strong relationships with patients.
• Maintain branch presentation and ensure literature is displayed properly.
