Job summary

Giltbrook Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly Client Care Advisor for 20 hours per week to be the welcoming face of our brand-new practice inside a Pets at Home store in Nottingham. You will focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the clinical team.

Responsibilities include greeting clients and pets, booking appointments using our online system, handling payments, and helping maintain a calm, caring environment for both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is essential.
• Experience in a veterinary or healthcare environment would be advantageous, though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Providing guidance, reassurance, and support to clients during their visit.
• Managing appointment bookings and coordinating daily schedules using our online booking system.
• Handling payments and arranging future appointments with confidence.
• Supporting the wider practice team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
