Café Rouge in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy, bustling kitchen. You will organize, coordinate and deliver service for sections, while maintaining high standards in line with our specifications.

You will lead by example, nurturing junior team members and ensuring clean, compliant work areas with excellent knife skills. This role offers a vibrant team and opportunities for progression within a classic brasserie environment.
