Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Support processing, pricing and replenishment of donated stock.
• Maintain high standards of shop presentation and cleanliness.
• Assist with visual merchandising to promote sales.
• Support colleagues and volunteers in day‑to‑day store activities.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures.
