Job summary

DEBRA Fareham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service, achieving targets, and leading an engaged team of staff and volunteers.

The role is part-time and permanent, 21 hours per week across 3 days, with a pro rata salary of £14,458.08 per annum. You will deputise for the Store Manager as needed and ensure high standards of store presentation and donor compliance.

• Recruitment, induction and ongoing management of paid staff and volunteers
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
• Assist in maximizing profits and store contribution
• Use visual merchandising to enhance store appeal
• Help generate donated goods to meet processing targets
• Deputise for the Store Manager when required
