You will help maximise income through excellent customer service, strong visual standards, and effective stock handling, while supporting colleagues and volunteers to deliver a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience. By role modelling the DEBRA values, you will help create a positive environment focused on making a real impact for the EB community.

We are a national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.
You will be enthusiastic, reliable, and customer‑focused, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will enjoy working as part of a team, supporting both colleagues and volunteers, and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our Bognor store.
Retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
