Job summary

Mindplace Maidstone is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality, face-to-face Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The role offers assessments, formulations and multiple delivery models, including in-person, telephone and video sessions, depending on client preference.

Permanent, part-time position with 2 days per week minimum. Requires BABCP accreditation and at least 2 years' high-intensity CBT experience, with supportive multidisciplinary teamwork and excellent

Qualifications

• Holds a BABCP-accredited Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT.
• Full BABCP accreditation.
• At least 2 years' experience delivering high‑intensity CBT for adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT and low-level brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions depending on client preference.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with the therapy team.
• Support clients within sessional limits and work toward recovery goals.
• Provide signposting or referrals when appropriate.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and promote mental wellbeing.
