Bupa in London is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to deliver high-quality CBT, including assessments and formulations, across face-to-face, telephone or video formats. The role requires BABCP accreditation and at least two years of post-qualification CBT experience.

The role supports a busy Raynes Park site with part-time hours (minimum two days per week), pro-rata salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full BABCP accreditation and BABCP-accredited CBT qualification.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT.
• Desirable training in EMDR and related approaches.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality CBT or low-level brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulations to guide care pathways.
• Deliver sessions face-to-face, by phone or video as appropriate.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with clinical leads.
• Manage sessional limits within clients' private medical insurance budgets.
• Offer signposting/referrals and wellbeing support as needed.
• Provide group psychoeducation and mental health promotion.
