Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Clapham seeks a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (Face to Face) to join our clinical team. The role involves delivering high-quality CBT, conducting thorough assessments, and offering flexible delivery modes to fit client needs.

Applicants should hold a BABCP-accredited diploma, be fully BABCP accredited, and have at least two years’ experience with high-intensity CBT for adults. Part-time hours available; salary is competitive with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Holds a BABCP-accredited Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT.
• Full BABCP accreditation.
• At least 2 years’ experience delivering high-intensity CBT to adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT and brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide care pathways.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video sessions per client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and supervision structures.
• Manage caseload within private medical insurance limits and targets.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals when needed.
