Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for Mindplace Chertsey to deliver high-quality, face-to-face CBT. The role is permanent with flexible hours, including part-time (minimum 2 days) and full-time options.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering assessments, formulations and evidence-based interventions, with opportunities for supervision and professional development. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Full BABCP accreditation is required.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited) is required.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience with high-intensity CBT interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide care pathways.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video sessions per client preference.
• Adhere to case management processes and work with therapy team.
• Manage caseload and work toward individual targets and outcomes.
