Job summary

Mindplace IWG Manchester at Bupa is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist on a permanent part-time basis (minimum 2 days per week). The role involves delivering high-quality CBT, comprehensive assessments and flexible delivery modes (face-to-face, telephone or video).

Applicants should hold BABCP accreditation, a post-graduate CBT diploma, and have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in high-intensity CBT. Leadership capability is valued.

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation and BABCP-accredited CBT training or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT.
• Desirable: training/accreditation in EMDR or related therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe and effective CBT to clients.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based interventions.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions based on client preference.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and therapy team.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and contribute to service improvement.
