Job summary

Bupa's Mindplace Harrow is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high quality CBT, assessments, and formulations across face-to-face, telephone, or video sessions. You will work within the therapy team, with supervision and a focus on evidence-based pathways.

The role is permanent part-time (minimum 2 days per week) with shifts including at least one late shift and occasional weekends. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience providing high-intensity CBT interventions.
• Experience with working age clients and a range of presentations.
• BABCP accreditation and full BABCP accreditation status.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions according to client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa case management processes and collaborate with the therapy team.
• Manage session limits within Private Medical Insurance allocations while pursuing recovery goals.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals as required.
• Conduct group psychoeducation and wellbeing support as needed.
• Maintain autonomy within professional guidelines and participate in supervision.
• Work with teams to improve client and employee experiences.
