Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for Mindplace Raynes Park at 1 Lambton Road, Wimbledon. This permanent, part‑time role requires a BABCP‑accredited CBT therapist with high‑intensity CBT experience.

You will deliver CBT, conduct assessments, and tailor formulations to drive outcomes. You will provide face‑to‑face, telephone or video sessions, participate in supervision, and work within Bupa’s care pathways.

Qualifications

• Full Accreditation with BABCP.
• Post‑Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) BABCP accredited.
• At least 2 years’ post‑qualification experience providing high intensity CBT interventions.
• Desirable training and accreditation in EMDR or similar.
• Corporate experience and business understanding.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe and effective CBT.
• Deliver high‑quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulations to guide evidence‑based intervention.
• Ensure thorough assessment determines the best care pathway for the client.
• Offer face‑to‑face, telephone or video sessions per client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and collaborate with Leads and therapy team.
• Work within sessional limits per client’s Private Medical Insurance and goals.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals when required.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and remote wellbeing sessions as needed.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and work with the care team to improve client experience.
