Bupa UK is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for Mindplace Harrogate. This permanent, part-time role requires high-quality CBT delivery, thorough assessments, and flexible delivery models.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, attend supervision, and contribute to patient wellbeing while managing caseloads and targets. The role emphasizes BABCP accreditation, a BABCP-accredited Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT, and at least two years of post-qualification high-intensity CBT

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation is essential.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT accredited by BABCP.
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification high-intensity CBT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide care pathways.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video sessions per client preference.
• Adhere to case management processes and work with therapy team.
• Maintain session limits per client funding and pursue recovery goals.
• Provide signposting, wellbeing support, and group psychoeducation when needed.
• Work autonomously within professional guidelines and participate in supervision.
• Collaborate with operations to improve client and staff experiences.
