Job summary

The University of Bath seeks a Campus Events Coordinator in the Student Recruitment & Admissions team. This part-time role (29.2 hours/week) plans and delivers widening access and recruitment events across campus.

You will be the frontline contact for students, parents and schools, handling bookings, room bookings, catering and timetables, and coordinating logistics to ensure events run smoothly. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Organised and people-focused administrator.
• Experience coordinating events or campus activities.
• Comfortable handling bookings, timetables and participant support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver a diverse programme of widening access and recruitment events.
• Schedule events, take bookings from schools and partner organisations.
• Arrange logistics such as room bookings, catering and parking.
• Provide admin support for residential and access programmes.
