The University of Bradford is seeking a Recruitment Events Co-ordinator to plan and run a range of on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including Open Days, Experience Days and Taster Days, with responsibility for partnerships across schools, colleges and external organisations.

The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and a DBS check. You will manage student ambassadors and ensure events meet recruitment targets while providing excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in planning and delivering events.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and delivering a wide range of on-campus and virtual recruitment events (Open Days, Experience Days, Taster Days).
• Research and implement innovative event approaches to increase visitor numbers and conversion to UG/PG enrolment.
• Manage the Higher Education School Experience Programme.
• Develop and manage relationships with staff across departments and external partners to organise talks and activities.
• Recruit and train student ambassadors and supervise them at events.
