University of Bath is seeking a ResLife Events and Engagement Coordinator to lead the residential student experience. The role involves coordinating a lively ResLife programme, delivering welcome events, wellbeing campaigns and community initiatives across campus. You will work with students to gather feedback and use insights to improve services.

The role is permanent, full-time, 36.5 hours per week, with opportunities to develop communications, campaigns and ambassador leadership across campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering events or engagement activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• comfortable with using feedback to improve services.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver an engaging ResLife programme, including welcome events, wellbeing campaigns and community initiatives.
• Gather student feedback to inform improvements to the residential experience.
• Use insight and engagement data to shape activities and services.
• Create communications and digital content to promote events and key messages.
• Develop promotional materials to support campaigns and activities.
• Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Support and coordinate ResLife Ambassadors with guidance and training.
