Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Leicester seeks a Part Time Call Centre Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders and requests via the helpline. You will join a team focused on accurate order processing and customer support.

Working Monday to Friday, 16:00–20:00 (15:00 start may be required). The role demands excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to drive if needed to visit customers or sites.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Great communicator with clear, polite interaction.
• Call centre experience is a must and beneficial for handling calls promptly.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the Customer, receiving calls to the helpline and dealing with customers’ orders.
• Dealing with enquiries and complaints.
• Liaising with customers and delivery drivers to ensure smooth communication and customer orientation.
• Arranging with any issues regarding delivery restrictions, access to property, etc.
• Referring on any complex matters when necessary.
