Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Leicester is seeking a Membership Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, supportive team on a hybrid basis. The role involves being the first point of contact for members, handling inquiries via phone, email and online channels, and processing applications and renewals.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and solid administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or membership support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or database systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member enquiries by telephone, email and online channels.
• Process new membership applications, renewals and account updates.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
• Provide information on membership benefits, services and processes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support administrative tasks as required.
