Job summary

Pertemps Daventry is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Call Centre Agent for Daventry. 15 hours per week with day, afternoon and night shifts. You’ll handle customer enquiries by phone, delivering accurate information and excellent service.

Ideal candidates have call centre or customer service experience, a confident telephone manner, good listening skills and the ability to stay calm with difficult customers. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner.
• Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Handle requests, questions and complaints calmly and efficiently.
• Make outbound cold calls when required.
• Record customer information and update records accurately.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Follow procedures and escalate when needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Meet agreed service and performance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
