Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Respond to enquiries relating to deliveries and services.
• Log and categorise customer interactions using internal systems.
• Complete customer verification and security checks.
• Triage customer queries and escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Specialist team.
• Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution.
• Work towards individual and team KPI targets.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions, contributing positively to the team.
• Promote and demonstrate the company’s core values.
• Be flexible and support the wider team with additional tasks as required by management.
